Good News!!!!
Pending approval by the UH System Board of Regents, there will be 2% merit raise pool for this fall. Other details are still pending. While the pool is 2%, individual faculty raises will vary, and the Provost Office’s expectation is that not all faculty will receive a merit increase.
Each department should have finished their annual faculty merit reviews by now. These reviews will be the basis for distributing the merit pool.
