Update: Staff Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Activities
The Staff Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee kicked off in September and recently initiated a staff survey to select topics and frequency of programming to address the needs of the college.
For October, the committee has selected two workshops for engagement to launch the “NSM Staff Community Conversation” initiative. They will host a 30-minute discussion after each event to get initial reaction and feedback.
