Search for Associate Dean
A national search is underway for our next Associate Dean for Student Success and Undergraduate Affairs.
An appointment at the Associate or Full Professor level either in a tenure track or non-tenure track position is anticipated. The person in this role devises and guides our many activities and programs focused on recruiting, retention, and success of undergraduate students. A talented set of staff and students provide academic advising, supplemental instruction, admissions/recruiting, scholarships, and more. Federal and foundation grants and donor gifts are sought from a wide range of sources to support many of these programs. Additionally, student grievances and violations of academic policies are managed. Significant attention is directed toward further enhancing the diversity among our admitted students and providing students with a supportive environment that enriches their scholarly and personal experience in the College and the University.
