Approved Faculty Searches for FY20
The Provost has approved NSM to search for 14 replacement faculty positions for Fiscal Year 2020 (which starts Sept 1, 2019). These include 11 tenure track positions, 2 non-tenure track positions, and an Associate Dean position.
Biology & Biochemistry
- Three tenure track faculty at various levels in computational life sciences and ecological genetics
- One non-tenure track faculty
Chemistry
- Two tenure track faculty, one in polymer chemistry and one in experimental physical chemistry
Earth & Atmospheric Sciences
- Three tenure track faculty in the general area of geology
Mathematics
- Two tenure track faculty (one senior and one junior) in applied, statistical, or computational areas.
Physics
- One senior tenure track faculty in material sciences
- One non-tenure track faculty
NSM
- Associate Dean for Student Success and Undergraduate Affairs
